Grouse Rouster's Gabriella
AKA Gabby

Grouse Rouster's Gabriella was born on May 12, 2002. one of 6 orange and white female pups.  We went to Grouse Rouster's Kennel when Gabby was about 4 weeks old and SHE chose us.  When we picked her up she attached herself and wouldn't let go!  SHE decided she was becoming a member of our family. And she thinks she is Queen!

Gabby has been quite a character.  She shows her intelligence by the things she can come up with to get into.  She loves toys that make her think.  Her ball that holds treats inside is one of her favorites. She also likes to do thing on her own time.  Gabby comes when called,  but doesn't run to me.  She walks,  taking her time to show me she still has a little control!

She has given us two litters of happy Spinone pups.  Her first litter of 6 was with Ferentum Rudy from Mountain Valley Spinone.  Her second litter was born on April 7th. 2006.  She had 10 this time,  a mix of oranges and browns.  The Dad is our Henry and they produced a very nice litter.  Gabby has retired now from Motherhood.  Our new resident "Mom" Condi,  will be having a litter soon,  so Gabriella will get to "puppy sit". Gabby can have fun with the puppies without having to do any of the work!

Our next project is to get Gabby certified as a Canine Good Citizen and then onto certification as a Pet and Pal Therapy Dog.
