AKA Henry

Meet Henry. He is our 8 year old brown and white Italian Spinone.  He was born Grouse Rouster's Enrico on January 5, 2000. He became a member of our family three years later.  Henry is just a wonderful laid-back big boy.

His loving personality has been passed on to his offspring.  He and Gabby produced 10 pups on April 7, 2006.  He also has sired a litter with Ella (Mountain Valley Spinone)  and Lena (Spins of Dell Creek). He is very patient with the puppies, altho he does put them in their place once in a while.  When Henry barks,  we all listen!

He doesn't especially like to be groomed,  but will lay for hours if you will scratch his belly.  He can melt your heart when he looks at you with those big brown eyes.  Henry's laid back personality and sweet face,  makes him a joy to be around.

When we got Henry,  his former owners were a little concerned with the fact that we had a "CAT" and Henry had never been around such a creature.  But,  there was NO problem after his introduction to Tucker. Of all the Spins we have,  Henry is the one who loves the cat, even to the point of letting Tucker sleep by him!
