We Warrant Our Puppies:

Free from any debilitating, life threatening, hereditary diseases or conditions for the first two years of life. To the best of our knowledge we do not breed dogs with any terminal illness. This puppy has been bred by us and has been carefully and painstakingly reared. The parent animals were mated with the aim of breeding good and healthy pups.  We warrant the pup to be free of communicable diseases as appears to the eye at the time of sale.

We have done all that is humanly possible to breed dogs of good health and temperament. This pup should be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 5 days  of purchase to validate the Health Guarantee. A pup developing any of the afore mentioned conditions or diseases will be replaced, free of charge, with a pup from another litter, (not including any shipping charge or veterinarian costs).  The pup must be returned to the seller with current shot records and AKC papers.

A letter from the veterinarian with the findings must be mailed to the Thornapple Spinone Veterinarian. If the pup is returned for reasons of improper training such as gun shyness, obedience problems or any pups that have been improperly trained with an electronic collar said pup will not be replaced.

If the buyer/owner finds that they cannot keep their Thornapple Spinone pup/dog, the pup/dog should be returned to the Thornapple Spinone seller, at the expense of the buyer/owner or some other plan of relocation made with the express approval of the Thornapple Spinone seller.  We are in contact with Spinone Rescue that have many people on their list who would rehome the pup/dog.

We find it important to keep track of where our dogs are placed and try to do whatever possible to keep the dogs from a shelter situation. For the same reason we ask you to notify us of any change of your address. We have a personal request, it is that every so often please send us pictures and updates. We enjoy watching the pups grow and seeing their progress.

This Spinone pup is being sold with a Full Registration. If the buyer intends to breed this dog, please follow the rules of it being at least two years of age, having passed all health tests.  And that said dog adheres to Spinone Conformation Standards.  Always keep in mind the need to breed our Spinoni to improve the line.  If the Buyer decides to breed said dog, all health guarantees are voided.

At the option of the Buyer, he may have the dog spayed/neutered. If the Buyer decides to breed this dog the Buyer must follow the above mentioned health requirements.

The Buyer will provide the dog with necessary veterinary care upon sickness, disease, or injury. Buyer will take the dog to a veterinarian at least once a year for an annual health exam and routine vaccinations.

The Buyer will provide the dog with humane care and maintain it in accordance with all current and future state, county and municipal laws and ordinances where the Buyer resides or will reside.

If any legal action needs to be taken at any time, it will be through the Price County Court system, located in Phillips, WI.

The sale of this pup includes the following:

* Puppy's 1st veterinarian health check

* Puppy's 1st vaccination and worming medication

* Microchip

* Dewclaws removed and tails docked

* AKC Registration Papers
